Friday evening was a semi-formal evening that started with champagne with a view on the sea and the sunset. Our aperitive was inspired by the Russian theme and the sea: we had Russian blinies with several spreads with crab, tuna and salmon.

Dinner was also inspired on the Russian theme: it started with ‘Borscht’, a typical Russian soup made with betterave, followed by a Russian dish with salmon.
